District 2-AA Cross Country Meet

Order of races:

2:00 -JVG and JVB combined – Boys will finish to the side of the chute.

-Varsity Girls

-Varsity Boys

3:30 -High School Award Ceremony

3:45 -Junior High Girls Combined

-Junior High Boys Combined

-Junior High Award Ceremony Combined

Coach reminders:

1. Make sure we have your eligibility blank 5 days prior to meet, which is by Oct. 19^th.

2. To enter your athletes for the meet you will need to go to www.atm2go.us

3. All runners will have an id tag and pins supplied by South Plains. Please make sure these are attached to the front of the runner’s jersey.

4. Each school will need to provide 2 course monitors; we will meet at 1:30 to assign positions along the course.

5. Awards will be presented at the finish line area immediately following the junior high boys race.

6. Before you leave today, coaches with qualifiers, please make sure that Coach Barton has the correct spelling and classification of your athletes for the director’s certification form that goes to the regional director.
